The best way to develop strong ocho lines throughout your body (not only looks good, but also feels good)…is to stretch your whole body!
Stretch it from head to toe. We have 2 kinds of stretches:
- X-stretch – imagine the opposite shoulder and foot are stretching away from each other and drawing an “X” on your shirt. (Good for followers or leaders.)
- S-stretch – same thing as X-stretch but with a curve in your spine as your and shoulders tilt. (More sensual look for followers; leaders can do it for the feeling but try to look subtle.)
When doing this kind of stretch…the “X-stretch” or “S-stretch” is happening in two places…one is across your front and back (at chest level) the other is across the front and back of your pelvis. Maintain the stretch and your body has full tensile strength…maximum form and function!
