Ground yourself and put your weight either in the middle of two legs, or solidly over one leg. It really doesn’t matter, just make sure your axis is solid and you feel strong.
- With your left hand, hold her hand firmly.
- With your right hand, cup her spine/back firmly and either SMOOTHLY or SHARPLY caress her back in the direction you want the boleo.
It really is as simple as that. Do any more than that and you’ll be jerking her too hard. Some people will do other things with the upper body, shoulders, foot, left hand, etc….I think they’re all unnecessary except for if you want an extra aesthetic effect or to change angle/direction during the boleo or during the exit.
